Your Role You ensure a safe work environment that engages employees in safe work practices, identifies and manages risk, and meets regulatory requirements.

You create a culture of safety compliance through training, reinforcement of risk management practices, and continuous observation and correction. You will drive the audit processes to ensure that the manufacturing discipline is adhering to production and quality procedures and practices. You develop, implement, and sustain a continuous improvement program for the Label department that meets or exceeds facility improvement targets.

You provide coaching, training, and resources to enable successful performance. You sustain and improve the employee training program to ensure that all employees have the support to efficiently gain the skills required to be successful. You collaborate and support the activities of the Quality Manager in the establishment of quality management procedures, specification, and continuous improvement quality activities.

You coordinate with and support the activities of the Materials and Production Planning Manager in developing production plans, schedules, and controlling materials. You particiapate in production meetings and present on the success/failures/challenges/opportunities of the process and employees in the Label Department You will collaborate with the commercial team on assigned projects to assist in product development. Your Profile You earned a degree in a related field (Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent of related work experience) You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable Flexo Label Department position and like to work in a fast-pace environment.

You utilize your experience with business related software as well as pre-press related software. You leverage your experience managing a department as well as a team. You draw from a familiarity with pharmaceutical printing or the packaging industry.
