Job description

Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare and stage boxes, drums, and other packaging materials
- Accurately fill boxes, drums, and pails with finished product and maintain precise counts
- Operate flaker equipment, including starting, stopping, and adjusting flow and operating parameters for each product
- Start up, shut down, and adjust chiller systems as required for product specifications
- Clean flaker thoroughly between product changes to prevent contamination
- Stack, label, and package finished products according to specifications
- Safely operate a forklift for material handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety policies
- Comply with cGMP requirements and company's quality standards
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in manufacturing environment; machine operating experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Offices (Excel) for data entry
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
