The site enables accelerated global studies with advanced OCR inspection, temperature-specific labeling expertise, and dedicated clinical labeling project management.

A Day in the Life

You will support packaging and manufacturing operations by operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting specialized folding and gluing equipment while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot folder-gluer and related manufacturing equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment adjustments to ensure optimal performance

  • Monitor production quality and conduct in-process quality checks

  • Read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and measurements

  • Follow and document work according to GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols

  • Accurately complete production documentation and maintenance records

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency

  • Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve equipment or process issues

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Technical/Mechanical

Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or maintenance experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and repair preferred

  • Experience working in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred

  • Experience with folding machines, press operations, or similar specialized equipment is a plus

Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance procedures

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems preferred
