What We're Looking For:

Operates and monitors machinery and equipment used in manufacturing or production processes. This role requires individuals to follow safety protocols, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain efficiency in operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform packing, assembly, and operate machinery as per instructions
Follow work orders, labeling requirements, and productivity standards
Conduct quality tests according to ISO procedures
Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
Communicate basic job-related information and collaborate within the team / department
Build productive relationships and contribute to team success
Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and processes under direct supervision
Train team members when directed by supervisors
Uphold and follow company values and standards

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
