Blow Fill Operator Role Overview

Effectively operate all the necessary equipment and/or machinery required for self-manufactured Bottled Water and or Still Beverage.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Sets up lines and changes flavor when necessary.
  • Conducts light general and preventative maintenance ensuring the machine operates properly.
  • Operates the BlowMold filler, the bottle labeler, and the shrink film packager.
  • Internal and External Sanitation
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing production line experience.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • Two (2) years' experience with performing light maintenance/preventive maintenance, machine change over, production line operation, quality controls, and performing flavor change overs required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • The ability to make sound decisions.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Must enjoy working in a manufacturing production line environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and enjoy working with numbers and tracking performance results.
