Warehouse Associate
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify quantities, item numbers, and order details against pick tickets and shipping documents.
  • Label packages correctly and pack cartons securely to prevent damage in transit.
  • Stage completed orders for carrier pickup and support daily shipping deadlines.
  • Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory support as needed.
  • Maintain an organized shipping area and accurate shipping records.
  • Follow safety procedures and support general warehouse operations as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, pick tickets, order details, and shipping documentation in English.
  • Strong attention to detail when picking, labeling, packaging, and verifying shipments.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic computer or data entry skills for processing shipping information accurately.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Forklift certification or prior equipment experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions and physical demands of the position with or without accommodation.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Previous shipping, order fulfillment, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Physical Demands:
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion throughout the workday.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to pick, pack, label, and handle shipping materials and products.

Hourly Pay Rate Range: $21.00 - $26.00
