Job description

About the Job:
We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented labeling associate to support hands on production work. This role focuses on applying labels to packaging such as bags and jars, preparing finished goods, and keeping production moving smoothly. No design experience required.

This is an active, on your feet role in a small production environment.

We are currently looking for someone who is generally available for 20 to 24 hours per week. Because our production schedule is driven by customer orders, weekly hours may fluctuate depending on workload. Some weeks may require fewer hours, while busier periods may require additional hours. Flexibility is appreciated.
Responsibilities:
  • Apply labels to bags, jars, and other packaging by hand or using basic equipment.
  • Inspect finished products for alignment, quality, and consistency.
  • Prepare products for packing and shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow daily production instructions and priorities.
  • Communicate any issues with materials, labels, or equipment.

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Comfortable standing and working with your hands for extended periods.
  • Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
  • Prior production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with packaging, labeling, or fulfillment work.
  • Familiarity with small production environments.
  • Comfortable working independently once trained.

What We Offer:
  • Part-time position with an expected schedule of approximately 20 to 24 hours per week, based on production needs.
  • Opportunity for additional hours during busy production periods.
  • Transparent scheduling and advance notice whenever possible if hours need to increase or decrease.
  • Clear expectations and straightforward work.
  • Small, supportive team environment.
