ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

In order to be successful in this role you’ll need to be able to handle the following:

  • Package, label, and stock materials and inventory
  • Scan and track inventory using barcode systems
  • Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
  • Build pallets using tools like table saws and pneumatic nail guns
  • Operate forklifts (training provided and certification required)
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Report any safety concerns to supervisors
  • Support production by ensuring materials are available and organized
  • Work independently and manage daily tasks with minimal supervision
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to regularly lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures
