Job description

Join a great team in Durham NC as a production and packaging associate. The production and packaging associate is responsible for the production or packaging of a variety of manufactured products. This position is a support role for several areas, including but not limited to packing, assembly, inspection, and labeling. Candidates must be flexible and perform various plant labor positions. Schedule: Rotational (3 days one week, 4 days the following week and working every other weekend) Shift: 7am-7pmPay: 15.75 hrlySome of your duties include:Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling, and sortingProduction on a fast-paced assembly line or environmentLoad materials and products into package processing equipmentPerform related duties as required by supervisorsMaintain the work area in a clean, orderly condition and follow safety regulationsMust be able to keep up with the pace of production.You will need to:Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructionsMaintain the production pace of other team membersMust be able to stand for long periodsUse of hands in repetitive motionMay also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of partsDue to the plant's environment, you must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.Solucion LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minorities/ Females/ Veteran/ Disability/Gender Identify/Sexual Orientation.
