What You Will Enjoy Doing
Main Responsibilities:
  • Setup, operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment. Equipment may include, but is not limited to:

-carton erectors
-partition inserters
-product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)
-foil dispensers
-top closers
-palletization equipment
  • Manual responsibilities include:

-loading, building and make boxes
-hand packaging of bottles
-loading labels
  • Maintenance includes:

-perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations
  • Material Handling:

-Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials
  • Documentation:

-Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks
-Perform changeover's of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, ...)
-Applies correct labels
-Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects
-Housekeeping

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred

Additional Requirements:
  • Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours
  • Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously
  • High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area
