Job description

Chemical Bottling and Packaging Technician

Join our dynamic team as a Chemical Bottling and Packaging Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate dispensing and packaging of chemical products. This position involves setting up basic machinery to fill bottles, sealing products, labeling, packaging, and physically transferring finished goods to inventory. You will be expected to follow work instructions meticulously, enter data into computer systems, and perform basic mathematical calculations. This role requires high attention to detail and comfort working in a clean room setting, fully gowned, adhering to GMP practices.

Responsibilities
  • Fill bottles with chemicals using basic machinery and seal products according to handling specifications.
  • Label and package products accurately and efficiently.
  • Transfer finished products to inventory physically.
  • Follow detailed work instructions for product handling and data entry.
  • Perform basic math calculations and utilize computer skills for data entry.
  • Work collaboratively with a small team and cross-train in various areas to maximize production.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds as part of the job duties.
Essential Skills
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment performing labor.
  • Basic math skills at a high school level.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
