Labeling Specialist

Join a team dedicated to delivering safe, effective, and compliant medical products to patients around the world. As a Labeling Specialist, you'll play a critical role in creating and managing product labeling, packaging artwork, and specifications that support global product launches and ongoing product lifecycle management.

This position offers a unique blend of regulatory compliance, document control, artwork development, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with regulatory, quality, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure labeling materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives.

What You'll Do
  • Create, review, and maintain labeling specifications, packaging artwork, and related documentation for medical products.
  • Develop and revise labeling graphics and artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
  • Ensure labeling materials comply with applicable U.S. and international regulatory requirements.
  • Manage labeling changes through the product lifecycle, from initial design through implementation and release.
  • Release and maintain specifications, drawings, and related documentation within PLM systems such as Enovia and Windchill.
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to support labeling projects and product changes.
  • Review labeling content for accuracy, consistency, traceability, and compliance.
  • Support global product launches by coordinating labeling updates and documentation changes.
  • Monitor labeling regulations and industry requirements, helping incorporate updates into labeling processes and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve labeling workflows, systems, and quality processes.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively with internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in labeling, regulatory, quality, documentation control, packaging, or a related function.
  • Experience creating, reviewing, or managing medical product labeling and packaging documentation.
  • Experience working with PLM systems such as Enovia, Windchill, or similar document management platforms.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong attention to detail and document review skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within a regulated industry environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and international labeling regulations and requirements.
  • Experience supporting global product launches or product lifecycle changes.
  • Experience reviewing promotional or commercial materials for compliance and consistency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
