What Will You Enjoy Doing
Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment.
    Equipment may include, but is not limited to:
    carton erectors
    partition inserters
    product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)
    foil dispensers
    top closers
    palletization equipment
  • Manual responsibilities include:
    loading, building and making boxes
    hand packaging of bottles
    loading labels
    Maintenance includes:
    perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure
    smooth operations
    Material Handling:
    Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or
    other raw materials
    Documentation:
  • Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or
    any visual quality checks
    Perform changeover's of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector,
    partition inserter, top sealer, ...)
    Applies correct labels
    Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product,
    labels and packaging integrity for defects
    Housekeeping
    Perform Autonomous maintenance
