As our operations grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Grow Compliance Assistant / Coordinator to join our team. If you love structure, organization, and keeping both the digital and physical workplace running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.

The Role at a Glance

We need a data and tech superstar who is fluent in both Metrc , Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. In this role, you will use advanced Excel templates to bulk-load and upload data seamlessly into Metrc, while keeping our purchase orders and Manifests perfectly tracked.

Because cannabis compliance relies heavily on physical manifests, labels, and documentation, you will also serve as our go-to person for everyday office tech—specifically handling and troubleshooting our printers so production never grinds to a halt.

Absolute Requirement: You must hold valid, active OMMA (Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority) Credentials to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Metrc Data Management: Utilize custom Excel templates to efficiently format, bulk-load, and upload inventory and plant data directly into the Metrc platform.

  • Purchasing & PO Tracking: Generate, log, and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure cultivation supplies and equipment are accounted for and arrive on time.

  • Hardware & Printer Maintenance: Manage everyday printer setups, clear paper jams, swap ink/toner, and troubleshoot basic connectivity or calibration issues (especially for compliance label/RFID printers).

  • Microsoft Office & Google Suite Champion: Maintain organized digital files, spreadsheets, and documentation using Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

  • Compliance & Tagging: Ensure 100% adherence to all OMMA regulations, overseeing the accurate assignment and tracking of physical RFID tags throughout the entire plant life cycle.

What We’re Looking For

  • Credentialed Professional: Active OMMA Credentials are mandatory.

  • The Metrc & Excel/Spreadsheet Whiz: Proven experience navigating Metrc, with a specific knack for using Excel templates or Google Sheets for data uploads/downloads.

  • Microsoft Office/ Google Suite Proficient: Complete comfort using the entire MS Office Suite and Google Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets, Google Docs etc.).

  • Tech-Savvy & Handy: Common knowledge of office hardware; you aren't afraid to open a printer, troubleshoot an error code, or fix a physical print issue.

  • Detail-Obsessed Tracker: Experience managing or tracking purchase orders and matching them against invoices/inventory.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Prior experience working directly inside an Oklahoma commercial cultivation facility.

  • Prior experience with industrial label printers or Zebra/RFID/Dymo printing hardware and software.
