Sales / Account Manager – Automotive Aftermarket (TPMS)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales / Account Manager to support and grow our Automotive Aftermarket TPMS business. This role focuses on managing existing distributor and retail accounts while identifying new opportunities within the aftermarket channel.
Ideal candidates understand how the aftermarket works (programs, pricing, promotions, line reviews) and have hands-on TPMS experience or closely related product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow assigned automotive aftermarket accounts (distributors, buying groups, retailers)
  • Develop new TPMS business with existing and new customers
  • Serve as primary contact for customer pricing, programs, and product support
  • Support TPMS line reviews, cataloging, and program launches
  • Coordinate with operations and supply chain on forecasting, inventory, and delivery
  • Prepare quotes, pricing strategies, and promotional programs
  • Track sales performance, customer demand, and market trends
  • Resolve customer issues related to quality, delivery, or technical support
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adjust sales strategy accordingly.
  • Provide regular sales reports

Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of automotive aftermarket sales or account management
  • TPMS experience strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of aftermarket channels and buying structures
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and programs
  • Willingness to travel as need 30%+

Nice to Have
Experience with major aftermarket accounts
  • Private label or branded TPMS program experience
