HR Support Assistant-Temporary Assignment
Location: Medina, Ohio
Schedule: M-F, 30-40 hours a week some flexibility
Duration: Temporary Assignment projected until the end of the year.
Pay: $17.00-$18.00
Position Summary
Wolff Bros. Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Support Assistant to help our Human Resources team with several administrative projects and records management tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, maintaining confidential records, and supporting a busy office environment. The role will assist with document scanning, filing, auditing employee records, preparing onboarding materials, and other HR administrative projects.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, office, HR, or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic filing systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with document scanning and records management is a plus
  • Scan and electronically save documents
  • Assist with an I-9 audit and file organization projects
  • Update driver files and related documentation
  • Organize, file, and shred documents according to retention guidelines
