Job description

  • Coordinate and administer all Gauge Lab activities related to the global licensee network within LEC 3.0.
  • Ensure compliance with established Gauge Lab procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments and licensees regarding gauge-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of gauge transactions, certifications, qualifications, and inventory within LEC 3.0 and the Gauge Lab application.
  • Support the operational readiness of the global licensee network by coordinating procurement, calibration, verification, qualification, and inspection activities.
  • Communicate status updates, issues, and recommendations to the Licensee Management Team and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional relationships with licensees and internal customers.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; additional advance education is a plus.
  • Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
  • 1-3 years of experience within tubular inspection and gauge lab. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in an ERP type application.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and self-reliant.
  • Process incoming global requests for gauge and tooling procurement, rentals, sales, recalibration, verification, and related Gauge Lab services.
  • Coordinate the inspection and qualification of connection samples in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain and update Gauge Lab records to ensure accurate tracking of licensee transactions and asset status.
  • Partner with the Licensee Procurement Expeditor to coordinate international shipments and required export/import documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute qualification reports and supporting documentation for licensees and regional auditors.
  • Investigate and resolve gauge-related issues and inquiries from licensees while working within the Gauge Lab.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, licensee meetings, audits, and other assigned business activities.
  • Provide backup support for regional licensee activities and operational coverage when required.
  • Communicate the operational status and performance of licensees to the Licensee Management Team.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve Gauge Lab processes and licensee support.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the reporting manager.
