    What You'll Do:
    Receive and enter work orders and accompanying materials, including impressions, models, and components
    Manufacture and fit All-on-Four dental prosthetics, including articulation of implant models, denture teeth setup, processing, and related components
    Ensure the accurate and timely fabrication of prosthetics according to a patient-driven schedule
    Perform repairs and adjustments for dentures and All-on-Four restorations
    Maintain lab facilities, equipment, and instruments in optimal condition
    Monitor and order laboratory supplies through established purchasing systems
    Teach and mentor other technicians and auxiliary staff, sharing knowledge and best practices
    Operate standard computer and office applications, as well as dental laboratory-specific software
    Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, precision, and communication-both written and verbal
    Skills and Experience We're Looking For:
    Minimum 2 years of hands-on technical experience in a dental laboratory setting
    Strong experience with implant-based restorative techniques
    Expertise in full-arch hybrid restorations, complete dentures, and overdentures
    Solid understanding of dental anatomy, science, and esthetics
    Digital design experience highly preferred
    Certification (CDT) or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program preferred (not required)
    A strong collaborator with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
