Responsibilities
  • Perform complex cardiovascular procedures and interventions including left and right heart catheterizations.
  • Operate and maintain cardiac catheterization equipment such as EPIC, MACLAB, and GE Imaging.
  • Ensure radiation safety and monitoring with personally obtained radiation badge.
  • Assist cardiologists during procedures ensuring adherence to all protocols.
  • Participate in on-call duties with timely response, adhering to a 30-minute response requirement.
  • Collaborate with team to maintain operational efficiency in a busy multimodality lab.
Qualifications
  • Current ARRT or RCIS certification required.
  • Washington DOH CVIS or RT licensure required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Proven proficiency in EPIC charting system.
  • Skilled in ultrasound IV starts and critical care procedures.
