The laboratory environment is moderately controlled, positioned between a standard industrial lab and a full clean room; specialized clean room attire such as booties or hair and beard nets is not required. The facility includes a full‑service cafeteria offering hot and cold food options, vending machines, and a lunchroom. During the day shift, the cafeteria operates at full service, while the night shift has access to a mostly functional lunchroom setup. The standard schedule follows a 12‑hour shift from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on a 10‑week rotation. Team members work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Sunday, then rotate to Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Sunday. This pattern typically results in approximately 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next, creating built‑in overtime every other week. Initial training occurs on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to align with new hire orientation.
