    Overview

    This role will support a phlebotomy lab in an outpatient setting.

    Under general supervision, is responsible for the daily operations, supervision, and scheduling of a small laboratory unit. This role includes performing routine and automated laboratory procedures, with phlebotomy and specimen collection as a primary responsibility. Oversees staff workflow, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, and assists with interviewing, hiring, and training of new personnel
