What does a lab technician nights do?

A Lab Technician Nights is responsible for performing laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses during the overnight shift. Their duties often include preparing samples, operating lab equipment, recording data, and ensuring that procedures comply with safety and quality standards. Working nights may involve running tests that are needed for urgent results, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with other healthcare or research staff. This role is essential for continuous laboratory operations and timely test results, especially in hospitals or 24-hour facilities.
