Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Knowledge Skills & Abilities- Work with the Program Coordinator and the Lab Manager and follow guidance to ensure smooth lab operations.
- Assist with stocking medical and lab supplies to keep the lab fully equipped and ready for use.
- Help manage inventory by tracking supplies and notifying the Program Coordinator/Lab Manager when restocking is needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on mannequins and simulation equipment to ensure functionality.
- Support the setup of lab and simulation scenarios to create realistic learning experiences.
- Clean and organize lab spaces to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of demo medications for simulation purposes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people with a variety of abilities and backgrounds, to maintain good working relationships across the College.
- Ability to work with all groups from a variety of academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, and with community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the lab.
Minimum qualifications- High School graduate or equivalent.
