Job description

Clinical Lab Supervisor
MLee Healthcare is in search of a Clinical Lab Supervisor to come bring their management expertise to help run a dynamic team of technologists at a hospital in the Atlanta, GA metroplex. Responsible for overseeing day to day activities in the laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of laboratory personnel, quality assurance, and overseeing the collection, analyzing and ultimate use of lab data.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laboratory regulations, standards, and safety protocols, including CLIA and CAP guidelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology
  • Master's degree Preferred
  • 5 years of Clinical Laboratory Experience
  • 2 years of Supervisory or Leadership Experience
  • MT or MLS Certified
  • ASCP or AMT Certified
  • BLS Certified
