Overview

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Phlebotomist II, where your expertise in blood specimen collection plays a vital role in patient care and diagnostics. Responsibilities

Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations, following established procedures.

Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for accuracy and integrity.

Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures post-venipuncture to ensure proper identification.

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment aligned with safety policies and procedures.

Accurately document all procedures and maintain required records and reports.

Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures to foster trust and confidence.
