Job description

Abrazo Medical Group / Biltmore Cardiology, a Tenet Healthcare system, is seeking an Employed Electrophysiologist to expand its cardiovascular program across the Phoenix West Valley. This position offers an immediate, built-in patient base due to unmet demand, dedicated EP labs, and strong interventional cardiology referral infrastructure. The role promises a structured ramp-up to full practice within approximately six months, supported by a well-resourced, collaborative cardiology network.

Practice Info

  • Employed cardiac electrophysiology position within Abrazo Medical Group / Biltmore Cardiology, a Tenet Healthcare system
  • Dual-campus coverage: Abrazo West Campus and Abrazo Arrowhead Campus
  • Dedicated EP lab block time at both hospitals (one block day per week per site initially), with expansion as volumes grow
  • Hybrid OR at West Campus and multiple cath lab environments supporting full EP procedural scope
  • Clinic presence at both campuses (minimum one day per site weekly, volume-adjusted)
  • Market-wide device clinic infrastructure with Pacemate remote monitoring platform

Responsibilities

  • Perform AF ablations (PVI and complex/redo)
  • Perform SVT and VT ablations
  • Perform ICD and pacemaker implants
  • Perform device revisions
  • Perform loop recorder implants
  • Conduct advanced EP studies
