At Shared Practices Group (SPG), we are redefining what dentistry can be. With over 40 practices nationwide, we focus on implant and denture care that truly transforms lives. Our mission is simple but ambitious: to expand access to life-changing full-arch dental care and empower dentists to build fulfilling, advanced careers. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional, advanced dental treatments and being part of a team that values both clinical excellence and career growth, SPG is the place for you.

About the Role

We're looking for a General Dentist/Implantologist to join our Lincoln, NE practice. This isn't your ordinary general dentist position. Here, you'll spend your days performing advanced implant procedures like full-arch fixed rehabilitations (All-on-4 and similar techniques), implant overdentures, and complex restorative work. Our structure helps maximize your time doing what you do best — providing transformative patient care — by reducing administrative tasks and supporting you every step of the way.

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform full-arch fixed implant rehabilitations and implant overdentures
  • Place and restore single implants with precision and care
  • Conduct bone and soft-tissue grafting as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Work closely with in-house lab technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality restorations
  • Leverage dental assistant–driven restorative workflows to focus on high-impact procedures
  • Contribute to building patient confidence through excellent clinical care and communication
What We're Looking For
  • Licensed General Dentist with experience or interest in implantology
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for performing advanced surgical and restorative procedures
  • A commitment to clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach
  • Desire for clinical autonomy balanced with collaborative teamwork
  • Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lincoln, NE
  • Ambition to grow professionally, including leadership and educational roles
Why SPG?

Joining SPG means more than just a paycheck. We offer a compensation model designed to reward your skills and dedication, with a guaranteed base or production-based structure that lets you earn well above industry standards as you grow. Beyond that, our culture is built on support — from full healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision, to company-paid life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and generous CE allowances.

You'll be part of a company that respects your clinical autonomy while providing strong operational support, so you can spend more time with patients and less on paperwork. Our doctor-led model fosters leadership opportunities, helping you evolve not just as a clinician but as a mentor and educator.

Work-life balance is real here, with a Monday through Thursday schedule and minimal Fridays. Plus, you'll join a nationwide community of like-minded professionals who share your passion for advanced dentistry and meaningful impact.

Ready to Take the Next Step?

If you're excited to elevate your practice, take on challenging and rewarding cases, and be part of a forward-thinking dental group, we want to hear from you. Please apply with your resume and a brief note about why SPG feels like the right fit. We look forward to exploring this opportunity with you.
