3 Key Consulting is hiring a Lab Manager for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.
Job Summary:
Come join a dynamic team of laboratory managers for Drug Product Technologies. You will have ownership of a suite of laboratories. Included in this ownership you will be responsible for daily upkeep, scheduling and oversight of instrument maintenance, coordinating schedules with client's scientists, as well as many other tasks related to keeping our laboratory space in top working order. A fast paced, engaging job where you will have the opportunity to interact daily with our fantastic team.
Top Must have Skill Sets:
  • Previous experience as an individual contributor on a project or program - self motivated
  • Strong indication of highly organized individual
  • Experienced using the Microsoft office suite of programs (excel, PowerPoint, word, etc...)

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the upkeep of all development lab space to appropriate standards for effective scientific use.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners to deliver improved instrument maintenance and oversight.
  • Foster dynamic relationships with scientists to better serve their needs in the lab.
  • Project manage various business or operations related initiatives.
