The Lab Operations Specialist will support the manufacturing process by preparing all materials and equipment needed for GMP manufacturing operations. The role involves assisting with quality assurance, quality control, validation, and process development within an ISO 7 cleanroom. Additionally, the specialist will help identify and escalate issues related to equipment, process, quality, and continuous improvement while ensuring all documentation complies with cGMP standards.

• Prepare materials and equipment for GMP manufacturing operations.
• Assist in quality, manufacturing, QA, QC, validation, and process development in an ISO 7 cleanroom.
• Identify and escalate equipment, process, quality, and continuous improvement issues.
• Complete all documentation in compliance with cGMP standards.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, ready for use, and validated.

• Sample preparation
• Consumables preparation
• Sanitization
• Document control
• Inventory management
• Experience in GMP environments

• High School diploma or Associate's degree
• 2+ years of GMP experience
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a highly regulated cleanroom GMP environment
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries

This role requires working 100% onsite from Sunday to Thursday, with hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will be working in a GMP environment that emphasizes stringent standards and procedures, offering training and support to ensure success. This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, MA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
