Job description

This is a Working Supervisor role supporting our GI/Endoscopy Lab, which provides both inpatient and outpatient procedural services. As a growing area within our organization, this position plays a key role in supporting continued operational success and patient care coordination.

The supervisor will oversee a team of 8–9 caregivers (current state), managing staff scheduling, on-call coverage, and daily workflow. This individual will work closely with GI physicians to coordinate procedures and ensure seamless communication and care across the outpatient clinic, GI lab, and operating room. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to facilitate efficient, patient-centered care throughout the continuum of service.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
Licensure: Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of practice.
Experience: 2 years' experience in patient care.
Certifications: CPR

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds regularly.

• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.

• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Experience: Supervisory or management experience.
