Front Office Associate (CSR) - Veterinary Hospital
Position Overview:
The Front Office Associate (CSR) is a customer facing front line role that is critical to veterinary hospital operations. The position supports a Small veterinary practice, Penryn Pet Hospital, providing excellence in veterinary medical care. This position supports the administrative processes, provides customer support for all client issues and inquiries. The position is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is providing exceptional veterinary care serving the greater Loomis / Penryn region. This position is fulltime, (4 x 10 hours schedule).
Key Job Functions:
The front office administrative functions will involve client / patient scheduling, answering phones, and data entry of invoices and client information.
Provide daily close-out each day and reports.
Provide outstanding customer support to our clients through the triaging of basic customer needs and inquiries.
Coordinate client service scheduling and pharmacy needs.
Proactively support the internal needs of the clinic including ensuring product supply / equipment needs are met.
Assist with coordination of lab work and pharmacy requirements.
Communicate with clients on patient status updates, timelines and provide basic client educational support.

Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred.
One year support experience working in a medical practice setting.
Basic animal knowledge - medical experience.
