May also write reports summarizing test results. May support production by advising how to solve problems. Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Three years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Must have strong writing skills with the ability to compose Engineering reports using MS Word and Excel. Should have the capability to solve problems using scientific methods. Compensation: $45,760 - $47,840 per year. Lab Technician - 2nd shift (12:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.) Responsible for collection, testing, data management and reporting of test data for all production samples, as well as general test equipment maintenance. HS diploma or equivalent experience. Must have good attention to detail with ability to understand and interpret product specifications, work instructions and drawings. Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of dimensional, electrical and mechanical test equipment such as micrometer, tensile tester, dielectric tester, weight scales, etc. Ability to work with chemicals is required. Compensation: $40,040 - $43,680 per year.
