Job description

Dedicated freight continuity and predictable home time make this CDL-A position a practical fit for drivers who want steady regional miles without handling freight.
Home Time: Weekly after 5-7 days out
Pay: $1,375 to $1,585 per week
Freight: 100% no-touch dry van
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32201
• Jacksonville to Houston and Laredo regional lanes
• Approximately 2,500 miles per week
• Weekly home time with a reset
• International ProStar equipment with APU and inverter
Position: CDL-A Truck Driver - Regional Dry Van
Pay: Drivers earn $1,375 to $1,585 per week while averaging approximately 2,500 miles across an established Florida-to-Texas regional lane. Consistent freight and recurring routes help support dependable weekly earnings while allowing drivers to settle into a familiar operating schedule.
Route & Home Time: Drivers run between Jacksonville and Houston and Laredo, Texas, before returning home for a weekly reset. The recurring lane pattern supports productive miles while allowing drivers to become familiar with the route and customer locations. Consistent freight helps drivers establish a dependable weekly routine while balancing time on the road with scheduled home time.
Freight
• 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Primarily drop-and-hook operations
• Established regional freight between Florida and Texas
The combination of no-touch freight and established customer lanes allows drivers to spend more time driving and less time waiting at shipping and receiving facilities.
Equipment: International ProStar tractors feature automatic transmissions, APUs, and inverters to provide added comfort throughout the workweek. The equipment is well suited for multi-day regional trips, giving drivers the amenities needed to remain comfortable and productive between pickups and deliveries.
Orientation: Orientation lasts three days. Transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals are provided, and drivers receive a $500 orientation bonus upon successful completion. During onboarding, drivers become familiar with company procedures, lane expectations, and dispatch operations before transitioning into regular freight assignments with continued support.
Benefits
• Multiple medical plan options
• Dental and vision insurance
• 401(k) retirement plan
• $25,000 company-paid life insurance
• Monthly fuel program, clean inspection bonus, rider and pet policies, and optional per diem
Driver Qualifications
Valid CDL-A license required. Current DOT Medical Card required. Minimum of 6 months of recent regional or OTR tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months. Pre-made teams are welcome.
We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants based on job-related qualifications.
