Job Summary:


The Dental Laboratory Technician will be responsible for managing case workflow and processing digital cases using our case management software. The Dental Laboratory Technician will report directly to the Dental Lab Director and will be required to work closely with our dental clinics across Jordan Valley.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is managing case workflow and processing digital cases using our case management software.
  • Knowledge in dental laboratory computer-aid software: 3Shape and Sprintray.
  • Knowledge of dental prosthetic devices and related technologies.
  • Experience with complete fabrication of quality denture products from start to finish.
  • Experience in constructing, repairing, and relining dentures and partials.
  • The ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test of upper and lower set up.
  • Strong candidates show competencies in customer service, organization, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Work with Dental Providers and Clinic Managers to ensure all dental location Lab orders are placed and received in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine and support dental laboratory procedures (i.e., pouring primary and final impressions, fabricating custom trays and bite rims, setting teeth for trial dentures/partials, polishing prosthesis, fabricating night guards, performing inventory of all dental laboratory materials, etc.)
  • Ensuring quality control for case fabrication

  • At least five years of experience as a dental laboratory technician.
