Avenue of Smiles Dental Practice – Simi Valley, CA
We are a high-end, technology-driven dental practice with a fully integrated in-house digital lab. Our lab supports advanced restorative and implant cases, including full-arch and aesthetic dentistry.
We are looking for a motivated Dental Laboratory Technician to join our growing team and work alongside our in-house designer/ceramist. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on lab experience and wants to be part of a modern, digitally focused clinical environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Assisting in fabrication and finishing of crowns, bridges, and implant restorations
• Staining and glazing zirconia and ceramic restorations
• Support with 3D printing workflows (models, provisionals, surgical guides)
• Milling workflow assistance (nesting, loading/unloading, finishing)
• Fabrication of retainers, nightguards, and removable appliances
• Quality control and case preparation prior to delivery
• Organizing lab workflow and maintaining equipment and materials
Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience in a dental laboratory (required)
• Experience with staining/glazing preferred
• Familiarity with digital dentistry (3D printing, milling, scanners) is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented with high aesthetic standards
