Job description

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Laboratory Technician to support our quality control and research & development teams. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow strict laboratory protocols. The ideal candidate will assist in sample preparation, testing, documentation, and maintaining lab cleanliness to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Location: Miramar, FL
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $16/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with sample preparation and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Record and maintain laboratory data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Prepare and label laboratory samples and assist in organizing materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  • Assist with inventory management of lab supplies and materials.
  • Support quality control and R&D teams with documentation and reporting.
  • Communicate test results and issues to supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a laboratory setting (preferred in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industries).
  • Basic knowledge of lab equipment, testing procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
