Rheumatologist (PRA-SP applicants may be considered) - (2074)

Location: Winnipeg Clinic – Winnipeg, MB R3C 0N2 CA (Primary)

Job Type: Standard Application

Responsibilities
  • Practice medicine in Rheumatology within an independent outpatient clinic.
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, investigation (including ordering and analysis of laboratory tests, imaging, and other modalities), management, and rehabilitation of patients with acute and chronic arthritis, soft tissue rheumatic disorders, collagen-vascular diseases, vasculitides, spinal and regional pain problems, and musculoskeletal manifestations of systemic disease.
Qualifications
  • Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (Rheumatology) and membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association.
  • Hold a valid Medical Degree and a Postgraduate Residency in Rheumatology.
  • For physicians trained outside of Canada: demonstrate English language proficiency (as required by CPSM) and meet all required education, credentials, specialty training, experience (2+ years as a Rheumatologist), examinations, and testing requirements as directed by CPSM.
  • Flexible Language Requirement: French not required.

Compensation

Compensation derived from Fee‑For‑Service (FFS) billings.

Expected annual range: $210,000 - $700,000.
