Using state-of-the-art equipment, our laboratories complete comprehensive soil and tissue testing and analysis to deliver unparalleled insights to Corvian Labs customers, agricultural retailers, and research facilities across the country!

Our laboratory in Winnipeg, Manitoba is hiring for several seasonal positions to support increased demand during the upcoming fall season. Positions start immediately, with on-the-job training provided, and will continue until December 2026. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a lab setting while contributing to importing environmental work.

What we offer:

What you'll be doing:

We have several positions to fill in our sample preparation and processing team. Depending upon the position, you may spend your time;

  • Receiving, inspecting, recording and labeling incoming samples, and spreading soil for drying
  • Operating specialized equipment such as grinding mills, furnaces, drying ovens, and centrifuges to prepare samples for lab analysis
  • Weighing, mixing, and separating samples
  • Preparing and maintaining reagents, and solutions
  • Cleaning, sanitizing and organizing lab equipment, and re-stocking materials as needed

What you'll need:

  • Post-secondary education in science and/or chemistry required considered an asset
  • Experience in a highly methodical and detailed production environment
  • A flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of shifts including, days, evenings and/or occasional weekends.
  • For some positions, the ability to stand for long periods of time, and to lift up to 40lbs unassisted is required
