Rosedale Technical College has been recognized as one of the best places to work in Southwestern PA by the Pittsburgh Business Times, is accepting applications for a Part-Time Evening Adjunct Automotive Instructor.

In this role, you’ll teach and mentor students in hands-on automotive technology courses that support their preparation for successful careers in the automotive industry. Instruction takes place in the evening and focuses on practical, real-world skills aligned with industry standards. Course assignments may include areas such as engine repair, brakes, electrical systems, drivability, suspension and steering, or preventive maintenance, based on your experience and expertise.

The ideal candidate has professional experience working in the automotive field and a strong desire to share their knowledge with the next generation of technicians. Excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to engage and support students in a lab-based environment are essential. Prior teaching experience is not required—industry experience, professionalism, and a commitment to student success are what matter most.

This is a part-time, evening position scheduled four nights per week, making it an excellent opportunity for working professionals who want to teach while continuing their careers in the field.
