You'll also apply splints including volar, thumb spica, ulnar gutter, and posterior leg splints, perform venipuncture, initiate routine lab tests, swab mucous membranes for cultures, administer and read TB skin tests, and support referrals and documentation as needed. This role requires flexibility, including cross-training and stepping in where needed to support the team and patient flow while aligning with our mission and values.
