Job description

Job Opportunity: Director of the Center for Fertility

Our organization is in search of a full-time, academic physician specializing in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) to take on the role of Director at the Center for Fertility. This position offers a unique chance to lead the program into its next phase following a brief clinical hiatus after the previous REI physician's departure in July 2025. The Center is ready for a revitalization, featuring renovated facilities, upgraded equipment, and enhanced tissue storage systems that have been thoroughly audited.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a leader in REI to rejuvenate and influence a well-established program with over 30 years of history, enjoying significant autonomy and robust institutional backing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand a comprehensive REI clinical practice in collaboration with a skilled team, including embryologists, andrologists, lab assistants, nurses, and dedicated administrative personnel.
  • Work closely with the embryologist, department chair, and administrative staff to create efficient, reliable operations while establishing a vision for patient-focused, high-quality fertility care.
  • Hold a teaching faculty position within the School of Medicine, providing mentorship to residents and fostering REI research initiatives, supported by a strong academic department comprising 37 residents and 3 fellows.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OB/GYN generalists, GYN/ONC, MFM, and URO/GYN physicians.
About Us

We are a faith-based academic medical center dedicated to holistic care, medical innovation, and education for over a century. If you are enthusiastic about the prospect of restarting, rebuilding, and leading a program with the resources of an academic institution and the freedom to align it with your vision, we invite you to express your interest.
