Job description

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician for a long-term opportunity with an advanced manufacturing company in Hillsboro, OR. This role is ideal for candidates with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience who enjoy working in a highly automated production environment. The Equipment Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Schedule: Graveyard Shift - Sunday 10:30PM-7AM, Monday through Thursday 11PM-7:30AM Pay: $24.75-$39.97/hr DOE Equipment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment and related systems Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical, pneumatic, and automated production equipment Inspect and analyze defective components to determine necessary machine adjustments and repairs Maintain and troubleshoot robotic and automated equipment to support production operations Respond to maintenance requests and equipment downtime issues in a timely manner Document maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment issues/resolutions Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability projects Communicate equipment concerns and repair status with production and maintenance teams Follow all company safety procedures, 5S standards, and quality requirements Equipment Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Associate Degree in Electromechanical Technology or related field preferred 2-4 years of experience performing maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills Experience utilizing test and diagnostic equipment Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and maintenance procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent reaching, bending, crawling, climbing, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently Benefits: $24.75-$39.97/hr depending on experience Direct Hire Medical/Dental/Vision PTO/Paid Holidays 401(K) with Match
