Job description

How will you make an impact?
  • The position will be testing a solution for our Lab Equipment sales team to add service offerings to equipment quotes.
  • This will reduce the effort for the sales teams while allowing them to consistently share the full value of Thermo Fisher to help customers decide to purchase lab equipment products and services from us.
What will you do?
  • Use the Lab Equipment (LE) quote entry tool (CPQ / Big Machines) and a PowerBI report provided by our Service Team to input recommended service items (SKUs) for specific LE product SKUS to
  • Monitor a shared folder for new incoming quotes
  • Assign quote to yourself
  • Look up service SKUs in PowerBI report
  • Add service SKUs for each LE product SKU in CPQ quote tool
  • Return quote to folder for next team to complete other tasks as needed
  • Validate the automated solution for adding service SKUs to LE quotes when it is ready by comparing the new process to the manual process and noting differences, challenges, or opportunities to improve
  • May engage in process improvement activities.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 0-1 years in relevant experience in data entry preferred
