Job description

The Data Integrity Assistant position is responsible for administrative and office support duties for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, update, and maintain new and existing customer accounts to ensure high accuracy within company systems.
  • Manage the internal mailbox, ensuring timely resolution of emails.
  • Oversee data functions related to onboarding and the sales ordering process to ensure quick and efficient customer resolution.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues.
  • Research and resolve out-of-production cases and educate dental offices on the importance of data integrity.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all information in customer and case management systems.
  • Direct sales leads to the appropriate sales team member.
  • Create UPS placards as required.
  • Create and manage MyDDSLab portal logins.
  • Work closely with Onboarding, Inside Sales and Field Sales and serve as a liaison with other functional departments.
  • Handle data transfer and request doctor preferences for both the sales and preference inboxes.
  • Reception backup: Greet guests, validate entry into the lab, direct deliveries as needed, and notify the relevant party of interview or appointment arrivals.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred.
