Key Duties & Responsibilities

Office & Laboratory Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact between dental offices and commercial labs, ensuring timely resolution of case-related needs.

  • Manage rush requests, script changes, scan forwarding, and other time-sensitive lab coordination.

  • Respond to office inquiries regarding lab options, workflows, and operational guidance.

  • Handle inbound lab inquiries related to case clarification, office locations, and patient documentation requirements.

Trios Integration & Lab Network Management

  • Manage the addition and removal of third-party labs within office Trios accounts.

  • Obtain approvals for non-preferred lab usage in alignment with organizational policies.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records to ensure compliance, traceability, and reporting readiness.

Cases on Hold - Project Management

  • Lead the Cases on Hold initiative using hold lists from the organization's three largest international labs.

  • Distribute targeted notifications to offices regarding cases delayed at the lab.

  • Track and report on:

  • Number of cases on hold

  • Number of cases released and shipped

  • Estimated net revenue generated specifically from released hold cases

  • Build reporting dashboards to identify and analyze trends, highlight success areas, and pinpoint opportunities for operational improvement.

Commercial Lab Spend Monitoring

  • Produce monthly reporting identifying potential lab cost savings opportunities ($1,000+).

  • Partner with field teams to support cost-effective lab utilization while maintaining clinical quality.

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and executive teams on spend optimization initiatives.

  • Analyze and report trends, successes, and opportunities related to lab spend and margin protection.

Net Revenue Opportunity Development

  • Collect and analyze data tied to potential net revenue opportunities across business line operations.

  • Collaborate with field leadership and clinical teams to support execution of identified initiatives.

  • Track and report performance, trends, and outcomes within the scope of assigned revenue initiatives.

  • Support leadership decision-making with clear, actionable insights.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience working in a fast paced, customer driven environment.

  • Desire to exceed customer service expectations.

  • Data entry experience.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

  • Organized and detail-oriented.

Salary: $18-21/hr
