About Us: Marketing Consultancy Lab We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude to support various departments within the organization

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence efficiently
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff members
Requirements:
