Job description

Job Overview:
The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of laboratory supervisors or managers. This role involves operating diagnostic equipment, analyzing test results, and ensuring that lab processes are conducted accurately and efficiently.
Education:
Associates degree from an accredited Medical laboratory technician program or associate's degree and a least 60 semester hours from an accredited university including biology and chemistry and three years full time clinical laboratory experience or successful completion of equivalent training program.
Experience:
One to two years' experience preferred.
Licenses/Certificates:
Registration as a Medical Lab Technician, MLT (ASCP), MLT(AMT), HEW, or CLS (NCA) or equivalent required. Registry required within 12 months of completion of school/training or equivalent education documentation per CLIA standards
Compensation:
Hourly Range- $23.88-$35.82
Incentives:
Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
