MT: Certified or licensed as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS),, Technologist or Specialist in the assigned/responsible laboratory discipline by an agency recognized by the Hawaii Department of Health State Laboratories Division.&bull
MLT: Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by an agency recognized by the Hawaii Department of Health State Laboratories Division.
