Summary
Responsibilities include managing lab operations, and supporting faculty and students that utilize the MEDIC (Medical Device Innovation Center).
Principal Functional Responsibilities
  • Inventory control of tools and supplies, including ordering replacements as needed.
  • Assist students with training and operation of tools and lab equipment.
  • Maintenance and operations of 3D printers, machine shop, and testing equipment.
  • Maintenance of equipment service and operations logs
  • Consult with faculty and other senior laboratory staff on projects
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least one year experience in a research environment
Preferred Qualifications Physical Requirements
Must be able to utilize applicable laboratory equipment necessary for the job, as well as a phone, computer and other office equipment.
