The primary purpose of this job is to provide clerical support to Certification Auditors and Lab Planners in the organization and distribution of job packages for certification, and the digitization of Heat Files and Certificates of Test for PaperVision.

Other Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of clerical duties to support the Certification and Lab Planner groups.
Work with Lab personnel to pick up and deliver lab packages to the Certification Group.
Work with Certification personnel to assemble packages for distribution to Monroe and Richburg plants.
Organize and scan laboratory files for storage on a LAN drive or within PaperVision.
Draft certifications for auditors.
Assist in organizing office and work with others to optimize office procedures.



Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Office experience

Skills:
Working knowledge of basic office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.
Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills.
Excellent Writing and Verbal Communication Skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel).
