Invasive Vascular Tech - Cath Lab Tech
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus!!
Full-Time, 7:30a - 4p, Call Required, Employees must be able to report to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Responsible for the safe operation of fluoroscopic and radiographic equipment in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
  • Coordinates care with the physicians and other departments.
  • Performs in the following roles for adult and geriatric cardiac catheterization procedures: computer operator, scrub assistant, second circulator, and recovery technician.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology with current registration in the state of Kentucky and registered with the ARRT, or higher.
  • Completion of Basic Arrhythmia Course required upon hire.
  • BLS preferred upon hire; required within 90 days.
  • Ability to work well under stress and possess effective communication skills is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • One-year invasive vascular experience preferred.
